If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Refund Eligibility


We issue refunds for products within 2 days of the original purchase of the product. We do not issue refunds for services rendered.


To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:


The product was purchased in the last 2 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.


How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please contact us at info@theidealfragrance.com with your purchase details. Please include the order number, the product(s) you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for the refund request.


Refund Process


Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
